Note: Sponsorship does not include registration to attend the meeting. All participants, including CIPA Solutions presenters who plan to present live on stage, must register if they wish to attend. Registration will be available in March.
The deadline for sponsoring AM23 is Tuesday, May 2, 2023. Both payment and ad must be received by this date for the sponsor to be recognized in the program.
*CIPA Solutions: CIPA Solutions are a “bonus” opportunity for Associate Member sponsors of the Annual Meeting at the $5,000/Silver Star level or higher. Each opportunity is a 5-minute live or prerecorded presentation by the sponsor during the General Session on either Friday or Saturday, June 9 or 10, 2023. There will be no more than THREE total CIPA Solutions presented at AM23, on a first come, first served basis when registering your sponsorship. Additional details apply and are available here.
**Virtual and/or Tabletop Trade Show Presentation: Sponsors at the Four Star level or higher have the option to participate in the trade show virtually or as a tabletop exhibitor or both. Exhibitors who wish to participate virtually must submit a 60-second prerecorded video to be played during one of the two General Sessions. Videos must be submitted no later than Friday, May 26. Those who want a tabletop spot will be provided with a draped 6-foot table and two chairs outside the General Session on Saturday, June 10. Both virtual and tabletop spots are limited to a maximum of 12. First come, first served. Sign up for one or both during your sponsorship registration.
