Important Info About our Registration Fees

Inflation, supply chain issues, and staffing shortages are having severe impacts on both our businesses and our every day lives, and our Annual Meeting is no different. As a result, you will notice that our Member registration fees are a little higher this year. Please understand that we always aim to keep our prices as low as possible, and this year our fees are below our expected per-person costs. We have done our best to strike a balance between making our meeting affordable and pleasurable to attend and keeping CIPA whole in terms of expenses. Fortunately, our sponsors help us make up the difference.

The increased prices are primarily due to the resort's food and beverage prices. Banquet prices are always higher than what an individual traveler would pay for a similar meal in the hotel's restaurant, and the same staffing and inflation issues we face are impacting the hotel as well.  To illustrate, a gallon of coffee at the Everline Resort & Spa costs $115 plus 8.3475% tax and an automatic 24% service charge.  All told, a single 8 oz. cup of coffee for your morning break will cost $9.65 this year.  (Last year it was *only* $8.90.)  And that banana? That banana is $10.75. (Yes, really!)

You will notice we are charging a modest fee for children between the ages of 4 and 12 . The charge is only a fraction of our costs to have them join us for Thursday evening, Friday evening, and Sunday morning, but we hope you'll find it a reasonable expense for what you get in return and it will help us defray a portion of our expenses.

We recognize the burden the current economy puts on our members. And while we will be seeking ways to further reduce costs, we believe this year’s Annual Meeting will continue the tradition of excellence and fun that you have come to expect.

Registration Fees and What's Included

Cancellations for registrations or optional activities will be accepted only until May 26.  Refunds will be subject to a $50 processing fee.  NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 26, 2023.
