Note: Sponsorship does not include registration to attend the meeting. All participants, including Trade Show exhibitors and CIPA Solutions presenters, must register if they wish to attend. Registration will be available in March.
The deadline for sponsoring AM2020 is Tuesday, April 28, 2020. Both payment and ad must be received by this date for the sponsor to be recognized in the printed program.
*CIPA Solutions: CIPA Solutions are a “bonus” opportunity for Associate Member sponsors of the Annual Meeting at the $5,000/Silver Star level or higher. Each opportunity is a 5-minute live presentation by the sponsor during the General Session on Saturday, June 6, 2020. The presentation must include a PowerPoint deck of EXACTLY 15 slides, which will be set to advance automatically every 20 seconds, for a total of 5 minutes. There will be no more than THREE total CIPA Solutions presented at AM2020, first come, first served. Additional details apply and are available here.
**Trade Show: The tabletop trade show takes place on Saturday, June 6 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., during the General Session. The trade show is located outside to the General Session room, with breaks and breakfast served in the trade show area. Each trade show exhibitor (a maximum of 12) gets a 6-foot table and two chairs; other services (such as electricity, internet access, or display monitors) can be arranged through the resort at an additional charge.
