Held in Bakersfield, the heart of California's oil-producing region, CIPA's inaugural Midyear Meeting brings together the people who produce California energy and the agencies that regulate it. No other event offers this level of direct access to CalGEM leadership and representatives from the many state, local, and federal agencies that influence oil and natural gas operations.
