The sponsor benefits outlined below are designed for CIPA’s typical in-person Annual Meetings, but considering the ongoing pandemic, event formats and other elements of the Annual Meeting may change in order to meet public health guidelines. What will not change, however, are the quality of our events and our expressions of deep gratitude to our generous sponsors. Note: Sponsorship does not include registration to attend the meeting. All participants, including CIPA Solutions presenters who plan to present live on stage, must register if they wish to attend. Registration will be available in March.
The deadline for sponsoring AM21 is Tuesday, April 27, 2021. Both payment and ad must be received by this date for the sponsor to be recognized in the program.
*CIPA Solutions: CIPA Solutions are a “bonus” opportunity for Associate Member sponsors of the Annual Meeting at the $5,000/Silver Star level or higher. Each opportunity is a 5-minute live or prerecorded presentation by the sponsor during the General Session on Saturday, June 5, 2021. There will be no more than THREE total CIPA Solutions presented at AM21, on a first come, first served basis when registering your sponsorship. Additional details apply and are available here.
**Virtual Trade Show Presentation: The tabletop trade show is being eliminated for this year due to COVID-19. As an alternative, CIPA is offering up to 12 sponsors the opportunity to submit a one-minute prerecorded video message to be played during the General Session on Saturday, June 5. Videos must be submitted no later than Friday, May 21. Sign up for one of the 12 spots during your sponsorship registration. First come, first served.
